In 2018, in a small woodworking shop, we set out with a dream: an independent station that doesn't wobble, hides every water hose, and elevates the aesthetic of a space. Today, we build each of our solid wood coffee carts — now reaching 18 countries around the world — with that same patience and hand plane.

Our Woodworking Workshop
Craft Manifesto & Production Principles
We never let temporary trade-fair stands and wobbly metal legs overshadow the nobility of specialty coffee. A quiet meeting of kiln-dried solid walnut, solid brass, and millimeter-precise engineering.
Instead of mass production's plastic veneers and particleboard counters; American black walnut and European oak, specially kiln-dried to 8% moisture. A living organism that resists coffee steam and gains a noble character over time.
The 9-bar rotary pump pressure of commercial espresso machines rattles lightweight stands. Our traditional dovetail joints and monolithic body weight dampen that vibration; not a single drop of water stirs on the counter.
In a luxury lobby or at an event, you'll see no water jugs, hoses, or cable clutter. A quiet Flojet pump with a neoprene chamber, dual 20L tanks, a pitcher rinser, and a 3000W electrical panel are perfectly hidden inside the body.
Our furniture doesn't wear out as it ages. Solid wood nourished with natural oils and brushed solid brass hardware gain a collectible identity that, over the years, is enriched by the memory of your space and the thousands of cups brewed.
Production Discipline & Stages
No stage is outsourced in our workshop; from the first plane of the timber to the last brass screw, every step is in the hands of our own masters.
Every cart is the story of a single body. American black walnut and European oak, kiln-dried to 8% moisture, are bookmatched one by one so the grain flows unbroken across the whole body.
Screws loosen over time. The load-bearing spine is locked together with hand-cut dovetail and mortise joints, creating a monolithic frame that doesn't flex even under a 350 kg load.
Instead of synthetic laminates that swell when wet; a food-safe honed solid natural stone countertop and lathe-turned brushed solid brass hardware that gains a noble patina over time.
We complete the install of a Flojet water pump set in a vibration-damping neoprene cell, built-in dual 20L tanks, a stainless pitcher rinser, and a 3000W fused electrical panel.
Synthetic lacquers that feel like plastic never enter our workshop. We apply 3 hand-rubbed coats of food-contact-approved natural oils based on linseed and beeswax that let the wood breathe.
Material Honesty
Juglans nigra
Rich chocolate and dark coffee tones. With its naturally wavy figure and noble presence, it's the first choice for luxury hotel lobbies and fine-dining venues.
Quercus robur
Dense-grained, the most durable hardwood against impacts and coffee steam. It creates a sculptural depth in our brushed fluted bodies.
Solid Brass Hardware
Not veneer or yellow-painted iron; rails, counter fluting, and hinges drawn from pure solid brass. You feel its weight the moment you touch it.
A Chronology of Craft
What began with a single woodworking prototype has grown into an independent craft studio serving luxury hotels and select cafés in 18 countries today.
In a small woodworking shop, the first prototype was built by hand plane from a barista's request: 'a cart that doesn't wobble and needs no plumbing.'
Curved vertical wooden slats and an independent built-in hydro-plumbing spine were developed; the first commercial festival stages were set up.
The first 12 orders were completed and shipped in custom shock-absorbing crates for boutique hotels in Zurich and Dubai.
Reaching 18 countries, the collection became a global reference point in architectural coffee design.
In our workshops, we continue to build furniture that will live for generations, hand-crafted in every square centimeter.
